It is so easy to get into a bad habit while staying at home and being out of routine.I found myself to be eating sweets, to the extreme, for a few days. You see, I have a huge sweet tooth and once I get started there is no looking back. Vince brought home a dozen doughnuts one day after work, and I’m sure I ate 10 by myself. If there was something sweet I could get into, I found it and ate it until it was gone. The sad thing is, that after I was done eating it all, I felt like crap!

So I announced to my friends that I was going to stop eating all the sweets. No more doughnuts, cakes, candy, chocolate etc.. It has only been 5 days but I feel better and it hasn’t been as hard as I thought it was going to be. I only shop now once a week, on Wednesdays, so I will have to be diligent and stay away from the bakery and candy aisle.

Times are tough for all of us right now. It is okay to have bad days ,as long as we learn to balance them out, with good days. What is something you are doing that you could change right now? Make a commitment to yourself to have a great day tomorrow.

Stay Safe, Stay Healthy,

Michelle
