Total of confirmed cases in Ontario today is 421. That brings the province total to 7,470. The Premier announced today that he will be extending the state of emergency for another 28 days.
Easter was celebrated quite differently this year and I’m sure it will be something we all will never forget. Families got creative and enjoyed virtual family dinners. I look forward to family get togethers and it was weird not having a family dinner. When all this is over the first thing I will be doing is having a huge family dinner.
It’s the little things that I miss the most. Spending time with my granddaughters, going to see my parents, family get togethers, weekend trips, date nights with my husband, going to work, chatting in the staff lunchroom with my co-workers, etc.
I got to thinking about how people have a “bucket list” of all the things they want to do before they die. I have decided to take that idea, but to make a “bucket list”, of all the things I want to do when this is over. Planning and looking forward to everything on my list, will help to pass the time, and give hope to the future.
I am grateful for all that I have. I am safe and healthy, and luckily, all my friends and loved ones are also safe and healthy. I wish everyone reading this, to keep safe and to look forward to doing all those small things again soon.
Stay Safe, Stay Healthy,
Michelle
