Today they reported seventy-eight new cases, bringing the total number to five hundred and three. Also today, Ontario’s premier stated that as of midnight, Wednesday March 24, all non-essential services will close. The list was released tonight detailing what the government considered essential. Surprisingly, I don’t think that it is much different than what is currently already closed and open. Will this change in the next couple of days? We will wait and see.
I got out today to do some grocery shopping. It’s funny how something so mundane becomes the highlight of your day now. The bread aisle and dairy aisle were stocked back up and I was able to get everything on my list without a problem. There were signs all around the store reminding us to remain six feet apart from each other.
I am fortunate to be able to stay home during this time. Besides creating my bullet journal, which I love by the way, I decided to create a list of all the things to keep busy and make my days productive. I thought that I would share this list with you.
PANDEMIC LIST OF IDEAS:
- take a course on-line ( something that has always interested me)
- find a book series to read – re-read the outlander series
- find a new podcast to follow
- finish my nutrition program- with my friend for accountability
- have a zoom meeting with friends and/or family
I hope that you have a list that interests you to get you through this time. Stay connected with friends and family. At night we check in with our granddaughters on messenger video and I read them a bedtime story. I miss them like crazy but we have found a new way to to connect for now. 🙂
Stay Healthy, Stay Safe
