Todays news states 59 new cases in Ontario, bringing the number for this province to 377.
Today I managed to follow my schedule and got my workout in. I had gotten away from my workouts lately and it felt great to get back on track. Luckily, I follow a system that is available to me all the time on my computer and cell phone. My friend calls it her Netflix for exercise. I also sat down and started working on a bullet journal. I have been wanting to create one for a while. I searched Pinterest and found some ideas that inspired me. I have created it to help me stay on track and workout each day. If you look on pinterest and youtube you will find alI kinds of ideas to create a bullet journal. You can use any notebook that you have around the house.
After dinner,I felt that I needed to get out for some fresh air, so I took my dog and we headed outside. We just walked around the neighbourhood and I only seen three other people out and about. One was walking to the mailbox and the other two were at the dog park with their dog. Hoping this is because people are staying home and not because it was actually cold out. It was definitely nice to get outside though.
Tomorrow will be another workout and creative day for me. Luckily, I have always been a bit of a craft supply hoarder. I am also going to start reading a new book. My mom has given me a pile, that I still need to read. No better time than being stuck at home to get that done!
